Zenith Suite (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension and related services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information Stored Locally (On Your Device)
The vast majority of data processed by Zenith Suite is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. This includes:
- Workspace Data: Cached information about your Zoho Creator applications, including function names, form names, report names, and page names.
- Function Code: When you use the “Copy Code” feature, function code may be cached locally for quick access.
- Dependencies: Information about function relationships and dependencies discovered during your sessions.
- Features/Collections: Any bookmarks, features, or collections you create to organize your work.
- Settings & Preferences: Your extension settings, theme preferences, and configuration options.
- Export History: Records of your export operations stored locally.
1.2 Information Transmitted to Our Servers
Zenith Suite only communicates with our servers (api.zenithsuite.io) for the following limited purposes:
- License Validation: When you activate a Pro license, we verify your license key with our backend. This includes your license key, email address (if provided), and a unique device identifier generated for your browser.
- Periodic License Checks: For Pro users, we perform background validation (approximately every 24 hours) to ensure your license remains active. This only transmits your license key and device ID.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be crystal clear about what we do NOT collect:
- Your Zoho Creator code or application logic
- Your business data or records
- Analytics or usage telemetry
- Browsing history outside of Zoho Creator
- Personal information beyond what’s needed for licensing
- Cookies for tracking purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we receive is used solely for:
- License Management: Verifying your Pro subscription status and managing device activations.
- Customer Support: Helping you with license-related issues if you contact us.
- Fraud Prevention: Detecting and preventing license abuse.
3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Local Storage
All workspace data is stored using Chrome’s chrome.storage.local API, which keeps data isolated to your browser profile and encrypted by Chrome’s security model.
3.2 Server-Side Storage
License information is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We implement industry-standard security practices including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Hashed storage of sensitive identifiers
- Regular security updates
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- LemonSqueezy: For payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
- Railway: For hosting our backend API. Data is stored in secure, managed infrastructure.
We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Your Rights & Choices
5.1 Access & Deletion
You can:
- View your local data: All cached data is visible in your browser’s developer tools (Application > Local Storage).
- Clear local data: Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. You can also clear data manually through Chrome’s settings.
- Deactivate your license: Use the “Deactivate Device” button in Settings to remove your device from our records.
- Request data deletion: Contact us to request deletion of any license-related data we store.
5.2 Opt-Out
The extension works without Pro features. Free tier users have minimal server interaction (only if they attempt to activate a license).
6. Data Retention
- Local Data: Stored until you clear it or uninstall the extension.
- License Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days for customer support purposes. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Children’s Privacy
Zenith Suite is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, through an in-extension notification.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at:

Summary
TL;DR: Your code stays on your computer. We only talk to our servers to check if your Pro license is valid. We don’t track you, analyze your code, or sell your data. Period.
